Spent here 3 excellent days and will be back. The hotel was relaxing and fairly clean with amazingly attentive and caring staff on request of extra pillows. The location was amazing and fab for Grasmere, not far from the outskirts of Grasmere, and an Italian restaurant called The Potted Out, for a Pizza.

A nice size rooms with good set of facilities. The hotel has a central location exceptional in the restaurant upstairs.

The rooms with large bath and shower. Central location to many attractions that the Lakes have to offer, well organized and above average breakfast.

Incredible and perfectly comfortable location in Grasmere, right by Grasmere, Rydal, and even Ambleside, the lovely lake of Grasmere-worth, and the centre of Grasmere village. Newly remodelled, top-notch unit with bath, a fabulous view, for instance.

Our double room was top-notch with a relaxing view of the lake. We had complimentary Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, and a lounge in the room. The location was central, ideal in a nearby pub which was excellent.

Has great and gorgeous setting.

I would use them next time, really enjoyed its location, no reason to complain. The really good and pleasant staff helps you in any way. They have hot beverages in the downstairs bar.

The room was brand-new and pet-friendly, and with a superior view over the lake. I loved that the food for breakfast was savoury. So very helpful staff and the location was nice rural and top.

Newly renovated and spotlessly clean property with very good service and acceptable value. Double room with a valley view. So very helpful staff throughout. Ideal location to the centre of Grasmere, in the gorgeous area.

Stayed for 3 days and did not want to leave there, I will be back. It was a modern hotel with lake views and very good Wi-Fi. In general the staff were incredibly attentive and top-class. The location was incredible and wonderful - near pubs and cafés.

Complimentary and above average breakfasts with ready cooked food under heat lights and excellent value for money. Lovely pool, perfectly comfortable location to the smallest Gingerbread shop ever. Also - very close to peppercorn sauce which was very nice and the lake and a 10 minutes walk to the lovely village of grasmere.

Amazing lakefront location with scenic views. Good spa facilities, don't forget your bathing suit. Polite and great staff. Delicious food. Conveniently close to popular sights and restaurants.

Pastries, fruit, scones, and cakes for breakfast in the restaurant. Lovely modern units and top-class staff from our male receptionist.

Pet-friendly, air-conditioned rooms with 2 windows and tea/coffee. Perfect and incredible location walking distance to a bus station.

Fully equipped and reasonably clean place, relaxing view of both the lake and the amazing valleys. Unbeatable location, highly professional staff members who responded promptly and efficiently to every request. Based not far from The Lakes, being situated on the edge of the village of Grasmere as well as the spotless restaurants and hallways. Rich and hearty breakfast with a wide array of scones and cakes.

Beds were a little hard.

The weather was very good, had luxurious stay quite at night. The staff was extremely well trained and so very helpful can provide additional tips. The location was nice rural for our trip. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away.
